First Post Test

Ok, is this thing on? Is this thing on? I think I've finally got it down and the "official" blog should be ready to go! It's 11:46PM the night before departure (which just happens to be at 6:30AM, of course!), and I don't think there's really any possibility of sleeping tonight! Still packing, making and double checking lists, finishing graphic design projects (sorry, Sean!), all-the-while trying to shovel in a bite of cottage cheese. (Yuck, I know). Well, the diet will be over soon enough because there is no way I'm NOT enjoying the food in Italy!!! Buddy doesn't know what to think!!!
